MLM Training – How To Create Massive Duplication In Your MLM Business

Struggling to create duplication in your MLM business is one of the reasons people fail in the MLM industry.  When it comes to building a successful, long-term MLM business you need to know how to market, recruit, and how to create DUPLICATION in your organization.  There is an easy way to ensure duplication in your team and I am going to let you know EXACTLY how in this article.

Lets start out with a some very grim statistics… 97% of network marketers fail.  The network marketer on average will only sponsor 2.2 reps in their entire lifespan, which is on average 93 days.  Ninety percent of network markers make less than $10 per week with their business.  I know those are pretty grim and like I said, you may not want to hear them but those are the facts my friends.

I’m not saying that this is the ONLY reason 97% of network marketers fail, but not creating duplication in your organization is definitely one of the biggest.  In fact, if you are reading this article there is a possibility you could be in that 97 percentile right now but hopefully this article will change that.

So how do you create massive duplication in your MLM business?

I will tell you how in two words… Training System!  Let me explain…  As you start marketing and recruiting people into your business, you need to realize that every single person you recruit will have his/her own unique style & personality.  This means that you need to find a way to cater to each new team member’s unique style & personality to provide them with the option and training to market both online and offline.

I think it is completely necessary to build your business using BOTH online and offline marketing, but that is up to you.  However, whether you chose to do one or the other, or both, you need to be able to teach both to your recruits.  No that not everyone that joins your team will want to do Internet marketing and some people will not want to do offline marketing.  Some will hate the ‘old school’ offline marketing and want nothing to do with it, and some will have the Internet and want to completely stay away from it but that’s ok.  You job is not to decide how they are going to market their businesses, but it’s to provide them with the training, support and guidance they need no matter what they choose.

So how to you do that without spending all of your time training your new team members?  Have a training system in place that your new team members can plug into that will provide them with the training, support and guidance they need to whether they choose online or offline marketing.  It doesn’t matter if you don’t like online marketing and only do offline, or vise verse.  You need to be able to cater to each and every person you recruit and the way to do that is to have a training system in place that they will provide them with what they need to get started and be successful.

Like I said earlier, the average lifespan of most network marketing businesses is 93 days.  That means that you only have 93 days to get your new recruits in profit and making money, or else they will most likely get discouraged and quit.  To build a big organization and create massive duplication, you need to get your new team members in profit within 93 days or else they will most likely get discouraged and quit.  The bigger your team grows, the harder it is going to be to provide them with all of the training and support they need to get their business into profit without having a training system in place.

There are a couple of training systems on the Internet that are specific to the MLM industry that provide training for both online and offline marketing.  My suggestion to you would be to choose a training system, use it yourself and as you recruit new people to your business, plug them into the same training you are using and watch the duplication and your organization grow like wildfire.

A successful MLM Network Marketing business in today’s market place is built by having the proper MLM training, support and guidance on what to do and how to be successful in this industry.  In this highly competitive industry, your MLM success is going to depend on you and your team having the right training.
