Founded by Paul Orberson in 2001 FHTM has been around for a while and doesn’t seem to be going anywhere. Mr. Orberson was with Excel communications until it filed bankruptcy and he was a top income earner. FHTM has a ton of products in a wide range of categories.

In order to be a pyramid scheme, there can’t be any products. A pyramid scheme is focused soley on bringing people into the scheme and making it as big as possible. Although all mlm companies provide you with bonuses and incentive to enroll new member, that in itself does not make it a scheme or scam. In an actual pyramid scheme, there are no products, there is only money.

For some reason people like to classify all MLM companies as schemes because they just don’t understand. Evey industry has bad people, and somehow the bad name in network marketing took over. It’s probably because 97% of network marketers fail. But so do retail businesses… Don’t they?

For those that use the pyramid scheme as an excuse to not join your business.. it’s a very simple objection to overcome. Show them a picture of a pyramid and show them your sponsors, sponsors, sponsor and say.. yes.. FHTM is a pyramid. Then ask them where they work and draw another pyramid. Put their name on the bottom of the pyramid and ask what their supervisors name is. Then ask for that persons supervisor and so on until you get to the CEO of the company. Illustrate for them exactly how they are working in a pyramid right now. Only.. they don’t have the opportunity to make just as much as the CEO, and they never will in their pyramid.

Are there pyramids out there? Yes.. Is FHTM a pyramid scheme… No.
