The network was founded by Mike Mezack, Jake Kevorkian, Christopher Kent & Ian Cordell, all have had extensive direct sales experience with Mike currently selling graded coins on TV!. The sales of silver & gold certified coins is a 10 billion dollar industry in the US and a whopping 100 billion worldwide, so with its explosive growth over recent years it can be a very profitable business to be involved with.

As stated by Mike Mezack the prime directive is to become the biggest seller of certified and graded coins in the world.. A binary system is used by this company, it’s a very robust system but you need to fully understand it. It does have some great income earning potential. The fact that this comp plan has the potential of ’spillover’ payments gets newbie’s in MLM very excited and often recruiters will leverage this aspect to encourage people to sign up. If you are not fully aware of how this pay plan works you need to do your homework before signing up otherwise you could be sorely dissappointed. Generally speaking though if you have the methods in place to recruit large numbers of people you will do very well out of it.

According to Mike Mezack the company does provide training videos. What is quite strange is that you will be asked to pay for your marketing education, this is certainly rather unorthodox as most network marketing companies give you their training for free. If the truth be known and you are relying on the training from Numis you have a hard journey ahead of you. From what I can work out they offer a company replicated website with back office, business presentation videos and numismatic videos for you to watch along with some company produced sales training videos (which I have seen a sample of).

If you’ve been involved with mlm for a while you will probably be aware that promoting a website which is the same as that of all the other distributors in the network is not the most efficient method of recruitment, just simply driving traffic to a replicated website is not the answer in today’s market environment. Self branding and relationship building is barely covered in their training modules, they also neglect to teach any methods of generating leads other than the traditional methods which most of us have tried without success before.

In my opinion there is a lot of money to be made from the Numis Network and now is a good time to join. To get any decent results though you should get some additional training as the training from the company won’t cut it.
