They say that you can effortlessly and quickly build a large downline with free or very cheap leads provided to you. It sure sounds like a great deal; a way to get high quality people who are ready to join your business and quickly build your downline.

The truth is that although a MLM downline builder can be an effective way to building your opportunity, they will still take a lot of work. In order to sponsor anyone you must be able to have an established relationship with that person. People join people, not opportunities. You must be able to show them that they will be able to succeed and have a system that they can immediately tap into to build their opportunity.

You must work at establishing a relationship with your leads. A downline builder program will give you a list of leads and need to somehow establish a relationship with these people you have never talked to. You are going to these leads as a unknown person. These people merely requested more information about something generic in nature such as earning money from home. You can email and call them, but they never specifically requested information from you. What you should learn to do instead is create a system that allows leads to opt-in to a newsletter that you have and they truly become your leads. They want information from you, so you cannot get any higher quality lead than this.

Establishing a relationship with those leads is very important which can be accomplished through email, telephone, and social networking. The communication you have with your leads should be centered around how you can help them succeed in a MLM business. If you can help solve their problems and teach them what they need to do in order to have success they will be more likely to buy from you.

You will see growth in your MLM opportunity once you begin generating your own leads and providing value to them. After you begin recruiting people it is important that they can easily duplicate your efforts and effortlessly recruit people into the opportunity. When this happens you will begin to see momentum happen. By utilizing a proven lead generation system you will be able to constnatly sponsor new people. When you know how to do that, your downline become excited and they will be more likely to begin duplicating your efforts.
