Windows are one part of the house that is so hard to clean. That is the reaso why some hire cleaners to do the cleaning for them. But if you would like to do it by yourself then here are some tips on cleaning windows. With the help of these tips you would surely do a good job in cleaning your windows.

One thing for sure is the fact that cleaning your windows takes time.So you should provide a whole morning or afternoon when you are going to clean it.that way you won’t get frustrated that you are doing it for a long time already. Whenever I do a job doing San Diego window cleaning I always set aside several hours for each house.Since I am a professional window cleaner I know that it takes a lot of time.So if  regular homeowners will do it by themselves it will definitely take longer to finish. So one must be prepared in order for them to be not frustrated.

Next thing you want to make sure you have is a squeegee and a bucket.  Of course doing San Diego window washing I have a few extra tools but doing it yourself this should do.  There are some people who like to use newspapers to dry the windows but that takes a lot of time.A good squeegee can shorten that dying time.

Finally when you are using the squeegee make sure you always use downward strokes.  You would be surprised but I see clients of my Encinitas window cleaning company who have done it themselves and didn’t do it like this.  What they ended up with were windows with plenty of streaks. For something that takes a long time to clean you do not want streaks on your windows when they dry.It will just end up making your windows look dirty. So you will be just wasting your time if that happens.

So follow these tips and you should end up with clean windows. It is a long and tiring job but you would be proud of the outcome. But there is always a professional who would do it for you if you do not have the time.
